It is in the heart of downtown Cairo near The American University & Tahrir Sq. The apartment is close to the old Ministry of Interior, which makes us safe and secure all the time. It's a 6-minute walk to Tahrir Square (where the Egyptian Museum and the Sadat metro stops are). Plus, we are right off a main street, so it's super easy to get around.

George’s place was just as described. Apartment was wonderfully located in Tahrir Square. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and worked well for my family. Shower was a little interesting, but overall the apartment was worth it.

An excellent stay. You get an authentic vibe of being in a Cairo neighborhood, close to shops and amenities, while feeling at home with the high-standard of furnishing, as seen in the pictures. The apartment was very clean, stylish, with functional amenities such as a laundry and a kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and the balcony was a huge plus. The host was very professional and timely in communication, making this stay seamless. Overall, highly recommend for a memorable stay!

CAR: It's easy to access or move from the flat via Mohamed Mahmoud St. WALKING: For a quiet, peaceful walk, Nobar Street (on the other side of the street, parallel to Mohamed Mahmoud St.) is a great option. It doesn't get much car traffic and is always shaded with trees :) METRO: The flat is a 6-minute walk from Sadat metro stop, which can take you south to Maadi and Mar Girgis (Coptic/Old Cairo) and north to Nassar Station and the Ramsis train station (for trains to Alexandria, Luxor, and Aswan, as well as microbuses to almost anywhere).
